Your Pathway

Student Journey: From Enrolment to Course Completion

1

Enquiry and Pre-Enrolment Suitability Check

Get in touch or enquire online. We'll have a quick pre-enrolment chat to confirm your eligibility and that the course fits your goals, experience, and learning needs before you enrol.

2
If Required

LLND Assessment

We review your language, literacy, numeracy, and digital skills to identify any support you may need early.

3
If Eligible

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

If you have relevant skills or experience, you can apply for RPL. We'll assess your evidence and, if granted, it may reduce the amount of training you need to complete.

4
If Eligible

Credit Transfer (CT)

If you've previously completed equivalent units, you can apply for credit transfer. We'll verify your documentation and, where equivalence is confirmed, credit may be granted.

5

Enrolment Confirmation

Once your enrolment is finalised and approved, the deposit is paid, access details are issued, and your course officially begins.

6

Personalised Training Plan

A personalised plan outlines your learning pathway, recommended pace, and agreed training timeframes.

7

Mandatory Online Induction

You complete the induction to understand the LMS, course structure, policies, and available support.

8

Training and Learning

Work through learning activities and resources (and any scheduled sessions, where applicable) to build the required skills and knowledge.

9

Course Progress Monitoring

We monitor your progress against your training plan and connect with you to help you stay on track.

10

Assessment Submission

Submit assessments through the LMS to demonstrate your competence for each unit.

11

Feedback and Support

Your trainer/assessor provides feedback and support to help you progress, including resubmission guidance if needed. Contact your trainer/assessor whenever you need assistance.

12

Course Completion

When you've met all course requirements (and finalised any outstanding fees), your Qualification or Statement of Attainment is issued in line with regulatory requirements.

OUR LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LMS)

Accessing and learning on our platform

The Learning Management System (LMS) is where you will access your course content, submit assessments, communicate with Student Support, and track your progress throughout your study with Evolve Learning Institute.

  • Accessing the LMS: Once your enrolment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to the LMS, a username, and instructions to set your password
  • Devices: You will need access to a computer laptop, or tablet with an internet connection
  • Your experience: Is best elevated using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser with a stable internet connection and updated antivirus software
  • Support: For any issues logging in, contact the Student Support team for help
  • Student-focused support: Support services are available throughout your studies

Mandatory online induction

Before you start your training, you must complete the mandatory Online Student Induction in the LMS. It helps you get set up for success by explaining how your course works, the key policies that apply, how to use the LMS, and where to go for support if you need help.

Attending virtual sessions

Some courses include live virtual training sessions (Delivery Mode 2).

  • Sessions are delivered online using video-conferencing tools
  • Session links are provided in the LMS
  • Recordings are made available for enrolled students to review later.

Only the trainer's presentation is recorded — student cameras are not recorded.

Completing and submitting assessments

How assessments work

  • Each unit includes one or more assessments
  • Instructions explain what you need to do, how to complete the task, and how to submit your work.

Submitting your work

  • Upload your assessments directly into the LMS
  • Make sure your work is your own, complete, and submitted in line with your Personalised Training Plan timeframes.

Your trainer will review your submission and provide feedback through the LMS.

Getting feedback and results
  • Assessment results and feedback are provided in the LMS
  • If your trainer requests changes or resubmission, they will explain what's needed
  • You can email any queries or schedule a virtual one-on-one session with your trainer through the booking system if you need clarification.
Getting help and support
  • You're not expected to manage everything alone
  • You can get support by contacting Student Support through the LMS, email or phone
  • Asking your trainer for learning or assessment support if you're having difficulties (you can email your trainer or book a one-on-one session through the booking system).
The Course Structure
  • Your Course is broken into units: Each unit contains resources you need to complete before starting your assessment
  • Timing: You can move through the content at your own pace against your Personalised Training Plan
  • Learning Activities: You may be asked to read guides or documents, watch short videos or recorded sessions, and complete knowledge checks or practice activities.
